1. The entire host is raised by 70cm to facilitate the downblowing of the mold, which directly corresponds to the center diameter of a set of traction cooling water trays. The front heating section and rear cooling section of the fixed diameter water jacket are equipped with adjustable devices, which can rise and fall. The water level is automatically controlled.
9. Three sets of traction are equipped with T-shaped screw rods, and the track is moved to facilitate the use of blowing and expanding bubbles;
10. The three sets of auxiliary machine traction rollers adopt Korean spherical bearings and gearbox sprockets, each with independent speed control display and synchronous speed control. The three sets of auxiliary machine roller speeds coordinate to increase membrane line speed and stability (high production);
11. The winding adopts a torque motor controller, and the stainless steel plate winding disc film is curled smoothly;
